At Eternal Love Roses, every arrangement is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom and perishable in nature, all sales are final once an order leaves our establishment.

No Returns or Refunds:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds after your order has been picked up or shipped.

Color or Order Errors:
If the wrong color or product is sent due to an error on our end, we will gladly exchange or replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Shipping & Handling:
All Eternal Love Roses packages are clearly marked as FRAGILE and handled with care when shipped or delivered. Once an order leaves our establishment, we are not responsible for any damage, delays, or issues caused by third-party carriers or mishandling during transit.
If your product arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the delivery carrier for reimbursement or resolution.
