Pick up and Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eternal Love—where your most cherished moments are preserved beautifully. Here’s everything you need to know about pickup and shipping:
📍Business Hours:
We’re open every day from 9AM–7PM CST at out Nashville Location. Yes, we do have select arrangements on hand! Please note, we are a cashless business — all orders must be placed online. If cash is urgent, please call us directly!
Hours at our sister stores "Collective Boutiques" are from 10am-8pm CST; Locations are in Murfreesboro TN Booth "C11" and Birmingham, AL Booth "B7"
📦 Pickup Instructions:
NASHVILLE LOCATION: When placing your order, you’ll be able to select a pickup date and time that works best for you. Once your order is ready, we’ll text you with detailed pickup instructions.
Need to pick up earlier than scheduled? Just call us at 615-241-0061 and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
MURFREESBORO, TN (C-11) & BIRMINGHAM, AL (B7): You will walk in and look for our booth grab your items and check out at front desk. Call us if you have any questions.
📸 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
To pick up or ship any Eternal Love order, you MUST provide:
- A valid ID

The Last 4 of the physical card you used if card comes back as fraud
NO EXCEPTIONS!
⏱️ Order Fulfillment Time:
Please allow 1-2 hours for order fulfillment. If your order is placed after hours, and a team member is available, we’ll gladly assist.
After 7PM for Nashville location, please do not call, as phones will not be answered. If no one is available, your order will be ready by 10AM the next day.
🛑 Unclaimed Orders:
Pickup orders that are never retrieved OR orders sent back do to incorrect shipment will be returned to our inventory after 1 week.
NO REFUNDS will be issued after 1 week without proper communication. We will attempt contact twice—after that, no further follow-up will occur.
